Here’s how I can help you go from Contributor to Project Leader ↓↓
There are 4 core elements to get you from a contributor to a confident Project Manager and Leader:
-
1
Before managing projects, you’ll learn to lead yourself. We’ll work on uncovering and reframing the limiting beliefs holding you back, building your confidence, and transitioning from a contributor mindset to a project leader’s mindset. Leadership starts before the title — and you’ll step into it from day one.
-
2
You’ll gain the technical project management knowledge (scopes, budgets, schedules, PMPs etc…) to feel competent in the role, backed by my master’s in project management and 12+ years of experience managing everything from small projects to mega programs.
But more importantly, you’ll develop the leadership and communication skills that actually make PMs successful — the things school and work don’t teach, like communication, emotional intelligence, and people leadership. -
3
We’ll turn learning into results. From interview prep to resume building, you’ll have the tools to go after the leadership role you want and earn the salary you deserve.

I always had a little bit of an issue with how project management was taught. In my experience, it usually ignored the fact that not all of us are born leaders. Some of us (like I did ☺️) have a whole lot of catching up to do, even in the “feeling comfortable in my own skin” space.
Through years painful work on myself without guidance, because no one likes to talk about this stuff - I figured out how to heal from the insecurities that stemmed from a difficult upbringing .That inner work had a huge positive effects on my career. It completely transformed how I showed up at work, and I was no longer afraid to go after those project management and leadership roles I wanted. AND IT PAID OFF!
-
The year I focused on reframing my story with how it showed up in my professional life and combined it with technical project management knowledge and leadership skills was the year that I doubled my already 6-figure salary and stepped into leadership positions in mega programs.
That’s exactly what I am bringing with this course: learning how to embrace your self, shifting from a contributor mindset to a leadership and project management mindset, PLUS mastering all the actual technical project management skills to help you make that transformation from insecure contributor to confident leader and project manager.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺
-
Does your program actually teach the technical project management concepts?
YES! Of course, it’s the longest and most in depth module. I get very very deep into the technical concept and actually write out SOWs and risk management workshops etc. with you. I teach all the concepts you can find in a PM book - literally everything I learned in my Masters in Project Management +
-
Why are you doing an annual membership instead of just a one and done downloadable course?
Because I want to have a space for you guys to ask me questions 1:1 for a whole year. I also want to be able to share with you more than just the core curriculum - I want to touch more advance PM subjects in my master classes. If you want to cancel after a year, no big deal you just paid for the course.
-
Why don’t you do one on one coaching instead?
I cannot teach all the technical concepts in a one:one space. BUT you will still have direct access to me and we can have 1:1 conversation if you need that type of support.
-
Does your course work for any industry?
Mostly yes, except for the tech industry and any industry that works heavily in the agile space. I teach project management in the predictive environment. You know my background is heavy infrastructure but it has touched many many industries (asset management, rail and transit, ports, highways, bridges etc.) I’ve worked with folks in different technical careers (commercial manufacturing and health care), but if you are still concerned send me a message and we can talk about it.
-
Can you help me with my resume and interviewing skills?
YES! We can always chat and work through this.
-
I really want to learn the technical project management concepts from you, but I am not so sure if I want to do the work on confidence. Can I skip that part?
Yes. You’d break my heart and I truly believe that’s the part that will help you create a mindset shift that will take you further in your career. But of course, this is self pace and you can always just go straight to the lessons you want.
